By accessing or using zurichvalley.ch ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Free Service

Zurich Valley is provided free of charge as a non-commercial personal project. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but currently all features — map, events calendar, job listings, and submissions — are free.

2. Content Accuracy & No Warranty

All content is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We curate listings carefully but cannot guarantee that every company, event, or job listing is up-to-date or correct. Always verify information with the source.

3. User Submissions

When you submit content (companies, events, jobs) via our forms, you:

• Confirm that the information is accurate and up-to-date
• Have the right to share it (e.g. it's your company, or publicly available information)
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to display the information on zurichvalley.ch
• Accept that we may edit, categorize, or remove submissions at our sole discretion

4. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin dashboard or any private data
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

5. Right to Remove Content

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including inaccuracy, spam, complaints from third parties, or legal requirements.

6. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites (company pages, job postings, LinkedIn profiles, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, and code of zurichvalley.ch are © 2026 Artur Kochanov. Company logos and names are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for identification purposes. You may not reproduce the curated dataset without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, business opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.
